The Section Dinner takes place on
Friday 17th February 2023 at the Boars Head Sudbury.
Monies and requirements at club nights or post to:
Ann Davy, Arnwood, Coton in the Clay
DE6 5GY on or before 12th February 2023. It gives you all at
least three Club nights to save postage!
N.B. No cheques will be cashed until the day.
STARTERS
Chicken liver & brandy parfait. toasted
homemade
ciabatta, pine nut &
pumpkin crumb,
cranberry puree.
Honeydew
watermelon
and
cantaloupe melon, lime syrup, lemon sorbet.
Flat cap mushroom, fine ratatouille, buffalo mozzarella, basil
oil.
MAINS
Topside of Derbyshire beef, creamed mash, roasted potatoes,
Yorkshire pudding, pan gravy.
Chargrilled Tuna steak, pomme arena potatoes, caper beurre
noisette.
Pan fried pheasant breast, roasted root vegetables, red wine
jus.
