November 2018 Notes
At 7.30am on Sunday the 16th September Mick Leach led nine grand men on the Grand Day Out run. First stop was Tony’s Diner for Breakfast. After a full English and mug of tea we set off towards Craven Arms were we stopped for petrol before going over the Long Mynd. At the top we stopped to admire the view and take a few photographs. After this we made our way down the other side keeping a careful lookout for the sheep and ponies that roamed free over there. The next early start was on the 23rd of September which was Brain’s Breakfast Run. Twenty-one bikes set of in a slight mizzle which soon dried up. We had a very pleasant ride round the Derbyshire lanes finishing up back at Marston’s were we met up with family members and all enjoyed a full English breakfasts. Another great ride out. Vic.
