How to print a Webpage
Sometimes you may need to to print a webpage for reference or perhaps a form you need to fill, e.g. an entry form. Check that you printer is switched on, connected, has paper and ink or toner.
A quick thing that you can try that will work
for most web browsers is this shortcut. Hold down the Ctrl key
down, press "p" and then let go both keys.
Often this will set the print process going, maybe even give you a
preview of how it will look and and an onscreen button to "Print".
Some web browsers may have a traditional drop down menu
where you can select: File > Print .....
If still not getting anywhere below are some simple instructions for three popular browsers that you can try.
Edge:
- Open Edge.
- Find a page you want to print.
- Hit the button with three dots in the top right to open up more settings.
- Select Print.

Hit Print at the bottom of the new Window....
Firefox:
Access the print functionality by clicking the menu button at the top right and selecting
.Google Chrome:

On your computer, open Chrome.

Open the page, image, or file you want to print.

Use a keyboard shortcut: for Windows & Linux: Ctrl + p. For Mac: Command + p.

In the window that appears, select the destination and change any print settings you want.

When ready, click Print.
