Easy Does It Run 2019

On Sunday 7th July seventeen riders with a
good variety of machines left Marston's lead by Mick Leach and
headed North joined en route by Pat Robotham.
The route took us through Tutbury and on to Sudbury, Doveridge,
Rocester and Alton. We enjoyed good country roads before
arriving at the "Yew Tree" Cauldon where most
of us enjoyed either a pork pie or pasty and a drink and chat with
good friends and a few locals.
The return journey took us over the top of the Weaver Hills from
where the views are magnificent before making our way back by quiet
back roads to Burton.
Throughout the run we were chaperoned by Brian in his "VW Quad Bike"
with his camera at the ready to catch us unawares although I am
reliably informed that he waited at one spot for half an hour only
to be told that we had already gone past.
