On the 27th of June we had the Chip Shop run, organized by Brian Slack and led by Mick Leach. Unfortunately I missed it myself but was told that it went very well with 35 bikes turning up for the run and 57 sitting down for fish and chips.
Following this on the 2nd of July we had the Easy Does It run when Mick Leach led 14 bikes on a very pleasant ride through the Staffordshire and Derbyshire lanes, finishing up at the Roston Inn in Derbyshire were we enjoyed a small drink and a packet of crisps or a sandwich before returning back to Marston’s a very pleasant ride out.
